2,919 children were selected for nursery or pre-school, 733 for KG or pre-primary and 2,341 for Class 1 for admission to private unaided schools in Delhi, according to the official figures.
"Both schools were thoroughly checked by the bomb disposal squad and dog squad. No suspicious items were found in either school," a police official said.
