The delay in opening of minority scholarship applications is leading to missed opportunities and financial distress among students, MP writes to minister.
Students studying in government and govt-aided schools whose family income is less than or equal to Rs 3.5 lakh are eligible to apply for the Assam NMMS 2025.
The scholarship amount has been revised to Rs 5,000 for Class 4 and Rs 7,500 for Class 7. Students from all recognised boards can participate, with updated age limits and examination fees.
Azim Premji Scholarship Phase 1 Registration 2025: Students should be admitted to the first year of a recognised 2–5 year UG or diploma course for the 2025–26 session. Apply at azimpremjifoundation.org.
BSEB Class 10, 12 Scholarship 2025: Students who passed the Bihar Board matric, inter with first or second division can receive financial assistance under the Chief Minister Boy/Girl Incentive Schemes.
Bihar Student Scholarship: The scheme, launched in 2016 under the seven Nischay Yojana, offers loans up to Rs 4 lakh. Students who have passed Class 12 can use the facility for pursuing higher education in recognised institutions.
