Assam: ST students studying in Classes 9 and 10 in the state will be able to register for the scholarship through the National Scholarship Portal, scholarships.gov.in. Revised dates here.
NMMS Scheme 2024-25: Students can apply for the scholarship scheme through the National Scholarship Portal.
Education ministry has also added grievance redressal feature to NSP and asked nodal officers to guide students, parents on application procedure.
The minister announced that students in Classes 6, 7 will receive Rs 50 per month, those in Class 8 will get Rs 75, while Classes 9, 10 will receive Rs 100. Students in Classes 11 and 12 will be given Rs 200 per month.
The Tamil Nadu government had sent proposals in April 2024 itself, however, the release of the first instalment of Rs 573 crore and previous year’s Rs 249 crore was overdue.
Kotak Mahindra Group’s CSR agency is offering Kotak Kanya Scholarship to meritorious girls across India with an award of Rs 1,50,000 per year.
Candidates should fill out the scholarship application form by August 31 through the national scholarship portal at scholarships.gov.in.
NMMSS 2024: The One-Time Registration (OTR) application has been launched on NSP portal, offering redesigned home page, mobile app, and updated web version.
Under 'Namo Lakshmi Yojana', the government will provide Rs 50,000 for four years to girls wanting to take admission in Classes 9 to 12 for academic year 2024-25.
JK NMMS 2024: Students will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the JK NMMS admit card 2024.
