NEW DELHI: The SP Jain School of Global Management (SP Jain Global) has announced that its Bachelor of Data Science (BDS) programme has achieved 100% placements for the Class of 2024. This marks the third consecutive year of 100% placement in SP Jain Global. As per the official statement, SP Jain Global’s BDS programme has achieved 100% placements for the third consecutive year.
As per the SP Jain Global placements data 2024, the highest salary package reached AUD 105,000 (plus benefits), while the average package stood at AUD 84,750.
SP Jain Global Placements 2024: Recruiters
Graduates from the BDS programme have been recruited by companies including Greenstone Financials, Telstra Corporation Limited, Ingrity Pty Ltd, TAL Australia, Eucalyptus Australia, Bupa Australia Pty Ltd, Epicentre Engineers Pty Ltd, and Morgan Stanley Capital International.
The hiring sectors in SP Jain Global placements 2024 include IT Services & Consulting (46%), Financial Services (23%), Telecommunications (8%), and Healthcare (8%). The SP Jain Global BDS programme has prepared students for roles such as data analysts, data scientists, IT consultants, and business intelligence specialists.
Internship opportunities
Students have also secured internships at global organizations such as NP Investment Research (USA), Adaptive Investments (USA), Grameen Foundation, Frost & Sullivan Australia Pty. Ltd, Endeavour Group (Australia), St Trinity Property Group (Australia), University of Wroclaw (Poland), CSIRO (Australia), CyberArc Inc., and National Taiwan Normal University (Taiwan).
Several students have participated in hackathons, presented research at IEEE and Google conferences, and published award-winning research papers.
SP Jain Global BDS programme curriculum
The BDS programme is designed as a three-year course focusing on industry-relevant skills, covering subjects such as statistics, programming, machine learning, and big data analytics. The SP Jain Global BDS programme curriculum includes advanced topics such as calculus, linear algebra, simulation modelling, data mining, social web analytics, and big data processing techniques and platforms.
