SRCC Placement 2024-25: Over 520 offers were made across diverse roles and sectors, contributing a total value of offers of Rs 51.5 crores.
According to the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) placement 2024-25 report, 520+ offers were made to students for various roles in diverse sectors, contributing a total offer value of Rs 51.5 crores. SRCC’s recruitment 2024–25 reflects a 19% rise in placement offers, as compared to the previous year.
This year, the highest package stood at Rs 36 lakh per annum, while the average package was Rs 9.8 lakh per annum, highlighting that SRCC’s students continue to contribute to professional fields across the country.
According to the official SRCC placement 2024-25 report, the internship opportunities also saw an increase, with 120+ offers rolled by top companies contributing to a total gross internship value of Rs 57.2 lakhs.
The highest internship stipend offer touched Rs 2.2 lakh per month, while the average stipend saw a significant increase of 12.5%, as compared to the previous season.

SRCC’s placement 2024-25 season drew participation from a diverse set of recruiters across 15+ sectors, including consulting, finance, investment banking, private equity, E-commerce, and startups. Some of the most prestigious corporate organisations offered placement to SRCC students, including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Blackstone, Nomura, Deutsche Bank, D.E. Shaw, FTI Consulting, Accenture Strategy, AB InBev, Kepler Cannon, and Meesho.
SRCC’s placement cell conducted over 80 corporate engagement opportunities throughout the season, and mentored over 1,000 students to enhance their corporate readiness and industry exposure.
“The Placement Cell had the privilege of host various sessions with industry leaders including, 101 consulting session by McKinsey & Company, One BCG, One SRCC, Many Paths by Boston Consulting Group, and the Introduction to Impact Consulting workshop in collaboration with Dalberg, to equip students with essential professional skills and insights,” the official SRCC statement said.
The SRCC’s principal, Simrit Kaur, said: “The Placement Cell at Shri Ram College of Commerce continues to embody the academic rigour and institutional vision that have long defined our legacy. The outcomes of the 2024– 25 recruitment season, marked by over 520 offers, a gross value exceeding Rs 52 crores, and representation from globally reputed firms such as McKinsey, BCG, and Deutsche Bank are a testament not only to the calibre of our students but to the sustained and strategic efforts of the Cell.”
