SSC CGL 2025 re-exam for 'genuine cases'; feedback portal draws 'encouraging' response, says commission

Around 10,000 responses were recorded from candidates of the SSC CGLE 2025 within a week of the launch of the SSC feedback portal. So far, 7.16 lakh candidates have successfully taken the CBT-exams across the country.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that it will conduct re-exams for candidates with ‘genuine cases’ of technical disruptions in the SSC CGLE 2025, following over 10,000 responses on its official feedback portal.
The re-exams for the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 for candidates who faced technical difficulties in the computer-based tests will be conducted on or before September 26, the commission said in an official statement.
“The newly launched Feedback Portal has received an encouraging response from candidates appearing for the SSC CGLE 2025 , with close to 10,000 candidates submitting their examination experiences within a week of its launch. Where disruptions are found to be genuine, affected candidates will be given an opportunity to re-appear. The re-examinations will be scheduled on or before September 26, 2025,” according to the official statement.

SSC CGLE 2025: 7.16 lakh appear so far
It said that around 2,000 candidates reported alleged technical disruptions during the SSC CGLE 2025 and close to 10,000 submitted their examination experiences within a week of the launch of the official feedback portal.
Expressing commitment to fairness and transparency in the conduct of examinations, the commission said it will analyse each case ‘carefully’ through its regional offices.
So far, 7.16 lakh candidates have successfully taken the SSC CGL exam 2025 across the country. According to the officials, no shift was cancelled or rescheduled on September 19. It also claimed that the process remained smooth throughout the day.
The SSC CGLE 2025 is conducted for candidates seeking employment opportunities in various central government posts. The feedback portal was introduced with a view towards responsive and candidates-centric examination.
The portal addressed issues in real time while maintaining the integrity of the examination system.
