NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL 2024) provisional answer key for tier 1 computer-based test (CBT). Candidates who appeared in th SSC CGL recruitment 2024 exam will be able to download the answer key and raise challenge through the official website, ssc.gov.in.

Along with the SSC CGL tier 1 answer key, the commission has also hosted individual response sheets on the SSC new official website, ssc.gov.in. Candidates will have to login using their registration number and password to access the documents.
“Representations in respect of the tentative Answer Keys, if any, may be submitted online from 03.10.2024 (6.00 PM) to 06.10.2024 (6.00 PM) on payment of Rs.100/-per question/answer challenged. Representations received after 6.00 PM on 06.10.2024 will not be entertained under any circumstances,” the SSC said.
Those who are not satisfied with the answer key, will be able to challenge the question by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs 100. To raise objection, candidates will have to login and select the question ID and upload supporting documents for their claim and make the payment through online mode.
The SSC CGL question paper consisted of four sections - general intelligence and reasoning, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English comprehension. Each section had 25 questions carrying 50 marks. For every wrong response, 0.50 marks will be deducted. Candidates will have to add all correct answers and subtract the total number of wrong answers.
