The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised the application correction dates for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination 2025. The dates for application form correction and online payment of correction charges have been shifted to July 25 - 26, till 11 pm. As per the official notice, the previous window for corrections in the application form was to open from July 23 - July 24.

During the SSC CHSL correction facility, candidates will be able to edit and re-submit the modified application form a maximum of two times. Correction charges of Rs 200 will be charged by the SSC for the first modification, and Rs 500 for the second modification. These charges are uniform for candidates across different categories.

SSC CHSL application form 2025 can be edited on the official website, ssc.gov.in. The exam will be held for approximately 3,131 vacancies for the positions of lower division clerks, junior secretariat assistants, and data entry operators. Tier 1 computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted from September 8 - 18. Tier 2 CBT will be organised in February and March, 2026.

SSC CHSL 2025: Eligibility criteria

According to SSC CHSL eligibility, candidates should have passed Class 12 examinations. For the position of data entry operator in the ministry of consumer affairs, food and public distribution, the ministry of culture, and the staff selection commission, it is compulsory to pass Class 12 from the science stream with mathematics as a subject.

CHSL 2025 aspirants should be between 18 and 27 years of age as on January 1, 2026. Reserved categories like Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), defence personnel, central government employees, and widows receive relaxation in the upper age limit.
