The Directorate of Medical Education and Research has announced the seat allotment result for the first round of Tamil Nadu National Eligibility Entrance Test (TN NEET UG) 2025 counselling for MBBS, BDS admissions in government and private medical and dental colleges. Registered candidates can check Tamil Nadu NEET UG seat allotment result 2025 on the official website, tnmedicalselection.net.

As per TN NEET UG counselling schedule 2025, students can download the allotment order and report to the allotted institutes between August 18 and 24. For reporting, aspirants are required to carry the documents in original along with self-attested photocopies and pay the tuition and other fees. Notably, the government has increased Tamil Nadu MBBS fee for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and management quota seats in self-financing medical colleges.
A total of 7,513 candidates have been allotted government quota seats, with the top seven opting for Madras Medical College. On the other hand, 2,004 got management quota seats and the toppers secured seats in Christian Medical College, Vellore.
Over 72,000 students were found eligible for MBBS, BDS admissions in the provisional rank list for Tamil Nadu NEET UG counselling 2025.
