TS Inter Exam 2025: Telangana Board tightens measures to ensure fair exam

NEW DELHI: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has issued directives to the district examination committee members for smooth conduct of examinations.

Krishna Aditya S, IAS, secretary at the board of intermediate education, held a zoom meeting with officers of the board and all the District Examination Committee members (DEC) to review the arrangements for the intermediate public examinations 2025.

The officials were directed to “take timely measures to prevent any inconvenience to students” and ensure that necessary infrastructure facilities were maintained at the exam centres.

The Telangana board will conduct the SSC board exams 2025 from March 21 to April 4 and the TS Inter exams 2025 will be held from March 5 to March 25. Recently, the TGBIE gave orders to install advanced CCTV surveillance systems across government, private, and residential junior colleges ahead of the Telangana board exams 2025.

The board also asked to provide details of additional staff requirements and updates on the secure storage, distribution of question papers. It also emphasised that “strict surveillance should be maintained at strong rooms, custodians and departmental officers should be appointed at the district level to oversee security arrangements.”

TGBIE issues 5 directives ahead of board exams 2025

The directives given by the Telangana board include the following points.

  • Experienced staff should be deployed for examination duties.
  • All examination centers must be equipped with CCTV surveillance.
  • Accurate verification of examination staff details should be conducted to avoid errors.
  • District-wise and center-wise inspection of question paper security arrangements and staff details must be carried out.
  • Proper coordination among officials should be ensured to maintain a peaceful and disturbance-free examination environment.

Careful planning and strict monitoring should be implemented to ensure transparency and efficiency of the board exams, it added.
