UGC NET Result 2023: Candidates should enter their application number and password to download NET results from ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the results of the Union Grant Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) today. Candidates can check their UGC NET results on the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
The exam for UGC NET 2023 was conducted from December 6 to 14 for 9,45,918 candidates in 292 cities across the country. The exam is conducted twice every year for 83 subjects.
Along with the NTA UGC NET results 2023, the testing agency will also upload the final answer key. Candidates should enter their application number and password to view and download results. The provisional answer key was published on January 3 and the objection window was active till January 5.
As per the passing criteria, the general category candidates will have to score 40% to qualify for the UGC NET exam and SC, ST, and OBC candidates should score a minimum of 35%.

The NTA had earlier revised the UGC NET result date to 2023 as it had to conduct a re-exam for students affected by Cyclone Michaung in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The UGC NET results 2023 were scheduled to be declared on January 10, however, it will be made available today.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the UGC NET result 2023.

Go to the official UGC NET website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Look for the "Result" or "UGC NET December 2023 Result" section on the homepage. Click on it to proceed.

Enter your application number and date of birth and click on the "Submit" or "Login" button.

UGC NET 2023 results will be displayed on the screen. Check scores and other relevant details.

Download the result or take a printout for future reference.
