UKPSC PCS 2024 application correction facility opens on January 10; vacancy details

UKPSC Lower PCS Prelims 2024-25: Candidates can make changes in their UKPSC PCS application form through the official website of UKPSC at ukpsc.net.in.
NEW DELHI: Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) will open the application correction window for UKPSC Lower PCS 2024 on January 10, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/ Lower Subordinate Services Examination 2024 can make changes in their UKPSC PCS application form through the official website of UKPSC at ukpsc.net.in.
As per the schedule, the UKPSC PCS application correction window will close on January 20, 2025. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to edit the UKPSC PCS application form 2025.
UKPSC PCS selection process
The selection process for the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) PCS exam is divided into three stages:
Preliminary Examination: This stage consists of objective-type questions on general knowledge, current affairs, and mental ability.
Main Examination: This stage consists of descriptive papers on subjects like General Studies and Hindi. The main exam is worth 1500 marks and candidates have to complete it within three hours.

Interview: Candidates who pass the Main Examination are invited for the interview round. The final merit list is based on the performance in both the Main Examination and the interview.

The UKPSC PCS recruitment drive 2024-25 aims to fill up a total of 113 posts in the organisation.

- Deputy Jailor: 14 posts
- Supply Inspector: 36 posts
- Marketing Inspector: 6 posts
- Labour Enforcement Officer: 5 posts
- Excise Inspector: 5 posts
- Senior Cane Development Inspector: 2 posts
- Cane Development Inspector: 6 posts
- Khandsari Inspector: 3 posts.
