Try NowNEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Director General, Medical Education (UPDGME) has announced the UP National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) MDS 2024 stray vacancy round schedule. The UP NEET MDS 2024 stray vacancy registration will begin from September 4. Interested and eligible candidates can fill up the UP NEET MDS 2024 registration form for stray vacancy round by visiting the official website, upneet.gov.in.

Candidates will require the following documents for UP NEET MDS 2024 counselling.
- NEET MDS result 2024
- Mark sheets of BDS (1, 2 and 3 professional examinations)
- NEET MDS admit card
- BDS degree certificate or provisional certificate
- Certificate for completion of internship from the head of the institute stating the candidate has completed the internship on or before June 30.
- Permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC)
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- One identification proof - PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar Card
- SC, ST certificate issued by the competent authority in English or Hindi
- OBC certificate issued by the authority.
- Disability certificate issued by the medical board only
