UP NEET UG Counselling 2025: Round 2 registration deadline extended to September 18; allotment on September 23

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has issued the revised schedule for the UP National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2025 round 2 counselling. As per the revised schedule, the last date to register for the UP NEET UG round 2 counselling 2025 is September 18.

The UP NEET UG round 2 merit list will be declared on September 18, and choice filling will be held from September 19. Only candidates who complete registration, document verification and deposit the security fee will be eligible for choice filling.

The DGME will announce the UP NEET UG round 2 seat allotment result on September 23. Earlier, the last date to register for the UP NEET UG round 2 counselling 2025 was September 15, and the allotment result was scheduled to be announced on September 19.

In a separate notice, DGME has announced that candidates who have joined the allotted MBBS/BDS seats in UP NEET UG counselling round 1 but now wish to resign must appear in person at their respective nodal centres and submit their resignation by September 17.
