The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the e-Admit card for the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) 2025. Registered candidates can download the UPSC CMS admit card 2025 on the official website, upsc.gov.in and upsconline.gov.in.

The commission will conduct the UPSC Combined Medical Services exam on July 20. Candidates can download the hall ticket using their login details and date of birth.

Along with the UPSC admit card 2025, the commission has also issued instructions for the candidates. Firstly, examinees have been advised to preserve the e-Admit card till the declaration of UPSC CMS result 2025 as no paper hall ticket will be issued.

No candidate will be allowed to enter the allotted examination centre without the admit card. Aspirants will have to carry a photo ID card along with the hall ticket. Those whose photograph is not clear will have to bring two passport size photographs.

“Candidates may please ensure that all the details such as Name, Photograph and the QR Code on their e-Admit Card, are correct. In case of any discrepancy(ies), they may contact UPSC in this regard,” the commission stated.

UPSC CMS 2025: Exam-day guidelines

The commission issued the following exam-day instructions for aspirants:

  • Entry into the examination centre will be closed 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the examination at 9 AM for the Forenoon Session and 1:30 PM for the afternoon session. No candidate will be given entry after closure of the gate. Candidates should also note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other examination centre except the one mentioned in the e-Admit Card.
  • Any valuables/costly items, mobile phones, smart/digital watches, other IT gadgets, books, bags etc. are prohibited. Candidates are advised not to bring banned items as centre supervisors will not make any arrangement for keeping these items. In case, a candidate brings any such banned items, he or she will make his or her own arrangement for keeping the same outside the venue and the commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
  • Candidates will be allowed to carry only the print out of e-Admit Card, pen, pencil, identity proof, copies of self-photographs and any other items as specified. No other items shall be allowed to be taken inside the Venue.
  • Possession (even in switch off mode)/use of mobile phones and other electronics / communication devices or any other incriminating material (notes on e-Admit Cards, papers, erasers etc.) or violation of any instruction shall entail disciplinary action which may include cancellation of candidature of candidate, filing of FIR or police complaint against the candidate, prohibition from appearing in subsequent sessions of the examination. In addition, the commission may take any other appropriate action as per provisions.
  • Candidates are also advised to bring black ball point pen as the candidates shall be required to fill the OMR answer sheet in both the question papers of the examination and attendance list with black ball point pen only.
  • Use of normal or simple wrist watch by candidates is allowed inside the examination room. However, use of watches fitted with any special accessory that might be used as a communication device or smart watches is strictly prohibited and candidates are not allowed to take such watches into the hall.
