Now that the WBJEE results are declared, University of Calcutta will begin the admission process soon. For all BTech courses, candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board in regular class mode with mathematics, physics, and chemistry as compulsory subjects. 

General category candidates should have scored at least 60% and SC, ST, OBC, PwD candidates with at least 55% in all three subjects taken together will be eligible for BTech admission in University of Calcutta. Students should have a minimum of 30% in English.
