The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has issued the seat matrix for the WBJEE counselling 2025 for admissions to undergraduate programmes in engineering, architecture, and pharmacy. As per the counselling schedule, the registration and choice-filling for the WBJEE 2025 counselling will start tomorrow, August 28, on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

A total of 51,952 seats are being offered for WBJEE admissions 2025. Last year, a total of 44,968 seats were offered for UG admissions.
Candidates can check the WBJEE seat matrix 2025 before proceeding to filling the application form, to get an idea of the number of seats available for admissions, and to choose their preferred options wisely. The counselling authorities have released the branch-wise and category-wise seat intake in each institute participating in the admission process.
The West Bengal JEE counselling process includes registration, choice-filling, allotment of seats, document verification, and payment of seat acceptance fee. There will be two rounds of counselling. Applicants will also be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500.
Students will be allotted a seat based on their WBJEE 2025 ranks, choices and the availability of seats and WBJEE cut-off 2025.
Aniruddha Chakrabarti grabbed All India Rank (AIR) 1 and emerged as the WBJEE 2025 topper. The board declared WBJEE result 2025 for the exam held on April 27, after a long delay over the Other Backward Classes (OBC) quota.
