West Bengal AYUSH Counselling 2025: Round 1 allotment tomorrow; Rs 1 lakh bond penalty

Candidates who will be allotted seats through the AYUSH counselling 2025 for NEET UG under 85% state quota seats will have to report to their allotted colleges between September 16 and 17.

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) will declare the round 1 seat allotment for the WB AYUSH Counselling 2025 tomorrow, September 15. The seat allotment results will be hosted on the official website at wbmcc.nic.in.

A total of 13 West Bengal colleges are participating in the AYUSH Counselling 2025, including five government institutions.

Candidates who will be allotted seats through the AYUSH counselling 2025 for NEET UG under 85% state quota seats will have to report to their allotted colleges between September 16 and 17.

The WBMCC conducts AYUSH counselling for NEET UG qualified candidates for 85% state quota seats for admissions to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) , Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) courses.

AYUSH Counselling 2025: Participating govt colleges, fees

Five government medical colleges are offering AYUSH courses through counselling 2025. The course and admission fees for all participating institutes are given below.

Government Ayurved College

The duration of the BAMS course is for four and a half years, including a one-year internship. As per the bond policy guidelines, candidates will have to pay a penalty of Rs 1 lakh if they discontinue the course before completion.

The AYUSH Counselling official website has not declared course fee details for the medical colleges. However, it is mentioned that candidates will have to complete their entire BHMS course duration, failing which they will have to pay a penalty of Rs 1 lakh as bond charges.
