XLRI summer placements 2025 see 584 offers, highest stipend at Rs 3.5 lakh from BFSI sector

XLRI Summer Placement Report: 583 students of PGDM-HRM, PGDM-BM, PGDM-LSCM, from Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses, grab offers from 114 companies.
583 students from both the campuses of XLRI - Xavier School of Management secured 584 offers in Summer Internship Placement (SIP) process for the batch of 2025–27 across its flagship two-year programmes — Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM), Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM-BM), and Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (PGDM-LSCM).
Around 114 recruiters, including 28 new, made offers in various sectors such as consulting, finance, sales and marketing, general management, product management, operations, systems or IT, and human resources. Among the top recruiters in XLRI placements are Aditya Birla Group, Accenture Strategy, Amazon, American Express, Bajaj Auto, Boston Consulting Group, Flipkart, HUL, and ITC.
The average stipend has been recorded at Rs 1.6 lakh per month, median at Rs 1.55 lakh per month, and the highest stipend stands at Rs 3.50 lakh per month, offered from the BFSI sector. JP Morgan Chase made the highest offer of Rs 3.5 lakh.

The average stipend for the top 5%, 10%, and 25% of the batch stands at Rs 2.49 lakh, Rs 2.40 lakh, and Rs 2.23 lakh, respectively. Notably, 38% of the students secured stipends above Rs 2 lakh, 62% above Rs 1.5 lakh, and 81% above Rs 1 lakh.
