BTech Admission LIVE: JoSAA counselling round 6 list out; TS EAMCET round 1 seat allotment tomorrow

The COMEDK UGET 2025 round 1 choice filling will begin on July 18, 2025. Only candidates who have successfully completed the document verification process will be allowed to participate. Those whose verification status is not approved will be excluded from the further stages of COMEDK counselling. The choice filling process will be conducted through the official website, comedk.org.

The BTech counselling round 4 seat allotment result of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT) will be released tomorrow. Document verification by July 20. Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 80,000 by July 21.

GUJCET 2025 counselling schedule has been revised. Fresh registrations for BE and BTech can now be done till July 18 on gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. Publication of merit list on July 22.

NTA will conduct engineering counselling rounds specifically for North Eastern States and Some of Union Territories (NEUT) through the CSAB portal. Candidates can check the CSAB-NEUT counselling round 1 results on admissions.nic.in.

• Visit the official website — josaa.nic.in.
• Click on the link for “View Seat Allotment Result” under the current round.
• Log in using your JEE Main application number and password.
• The seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.
• Download the allotment letter and take a printout for future reference.

JoSAA counselling 2025 round 6 seat allotment has been released. Candidates who have been allotted a seat for the first time during JoSAA counselling 2025 must pay a Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) to confirm their seat. The SAF amounts to Rs 30,000 for general categories, and Rs 15,000 for reserved categories.

JoSAA sixth round of seat allocation is for BTech admissions to 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 26 IIITs, 47 GFTIs, and IIEST Shibpur. This is the final round for Indian Institutes of Technology.

JoSAA round 6 result has been declared on July 16, for BTech admission to top colleges in India. Candidates can check on official website: josaa.nic.in.

The students who do not get a seat in JoSAA counselling can apply for BTech admissions at the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) for the special rounds. There will be three sounds of seat allocation for NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. Apply on csab.nic.in.

If two or more candidates having the same rank have opted for the same programme, the requisite number of additional seats will be created to accommodate all the candidates.

There will be no option to float or slide the seat in JoSAA round 6 allotment. Candidates who are allotted seats have to accept it. Candidates who are not allotted any seat in JoSAA counselling round 6 can apply for the CSAB 2025 special rounds, which will be conducted for the leftover seats.

Supernumerary seats are available for female candidates to improve the gender balance to a minimum of 20%. These seats are in a "female-only" pool. Women candidates are eligible for both the female pool and the gender-neutral pool.

Admission to the seat allocated in JoSAA round 6 can be withdrawn till July 22. No withdrawals will be accepted after 5 pm.

The round 6 of JoSAA counselling 2025 for BTech admissions will end on July 21, with the resolution of fee payment issues and queries. Classes at IITs will commence within a few days.

JoSAA counselling round 6 will be the final round for admissions to Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT). Further rounds will be conducted for admission to National Institutes of Technology (NIT) and other colleges.
