Download EBookThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME) will conduct the Assam NEET counselling 2025 round 2 registration from September 8 to 9. Candidates can apply for Assam NEET round 2 counselling on the official website, dme.assam.gov.in, till tomorrow. The round 2 allotment results will be declared on September 19.
As per the schedule, Assam NEET counselling 2025 round 2 choice filling and locking will begin on September 10 to 11. Candidates who have been allotted seats will have to report to college from September 24 to 25.
The National Medical Commission (NMC) approved the establishment of Pragjyotishpur Medical College, Guwahati, with 50 MBBS seats and increased MBBS seats in GMC, Guwahati, to 250, AMC, Dibrugarh, to 250, and SMC, Silchar, to 150.

Furthermore, candidates who have already registered need not register again and can take part in the online choice filling round 2 for fresh allotment or change of college.
Candidates who have already filled up their choices can revisit for online choice filling and must lock their choices as per the schedule. Students will be allotted seats based on their merit list and choice filled.
Once the Assam NEET round 2 allotment results are declared, candidates will find their roll number, state merit rank, institute allotted and other details on the allotment result. In Assam NEET counselling 2025 round 1 , a total of 3,122 candidates were allotted MBBS, BDS seats.
