The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has started accepting Bihar NEET PG counselling 2025 round 1 registrations for MD and MS admissions. As per BCECEB’s bond policy, candidates who choose to leave their allotted seats in Bihar NEET PG counselling 2025 will have to return a lump sum of Rs 15 lakh and all the stipend received.
Furthermore, candidates will have to mandatorily do 3-year service under the state government.
In case of not being able to provide 3-year service to the state government, they will have to return a lump sum of Rs 25 lakh, and the stipend received during this period, as per the BCECEB Bihar NEET PG counselling 2025 bond policy.
The Bihar NEET PG 2025 bond will be taken from new students by the principals of the respective medical colleges at the time of admission. It will be ensured that the bond is taken by the principals of the concerned medical colleges from those who are currently admitted.
The college principal will pay the stipend/honorarium to the students only after the bond is executed. Also, with the NEET PG bond 2025 signing, the students' mark sheets, certificates, etc, related to their MBBS will be kept in the concerned medical college hospital. After completing the 3 years of mandatory service or depositing the specified bond amount, the concerned medical college hospital will be instructed to return these.
Candidates can apply for Bihar NEET PG counselling 2025 round 1 on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,200, along with a refundable security deposit amount, the value of which will vary based on the type of medical college selected for admission.
As per the Bihar NEET PG seat matrix, there are a total of 352+17 disability quota seats in the government medical colleges and 463 seats in private medical colleges, making a total of 906 PG medical seats.
