CSIR UGC NET June 2025 admit card out at csirnet.nta.ac.in; exam on July 28 for JRF, PhD admission

CSIR NET June Admit Card 2025: Life Sciences and Earth Sciences will be held from 9 am to 12 noon, while Chemical, Mathematical and Physical Sciences will be held from 3 pm to 6 pm.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the admit card for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) - University Grants Commission -National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2025) today, July 22. Candidates who have registered for the exam can download their CSIR NET June 2025 admit cards through the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in.
Candidates are required to enter their application number and date of birth to log in and download the CSIR UGC NET June 2025 admit card. The CSIR NET June 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on July 28 in computer-based test (CBT) mode for various subjects in two shifts.
As per the official schedule, Life Sciences and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences subjects will be held in the morning shift from 9 am to 12 noon. The afternoon session, scheduled from 3 pm to 6 pm, will cover Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences subjects.
The CSIR UGC NET is conducted for three categories: award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as assistant professor, appointment as assistant professor and admission to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), and admission to PhD only.
How to download CSIR UGC NET June 2025 admit card?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the CSIR UGC NET June 2025 admit card.
- Visit the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link for “Download Admit Card – CSIR UGC NET June 2025”.
- Enter your application number and date of birth and submit the details to log in.
- CSIR UGC NET June 2025 admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.
“The admit card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility conditions. Admit Card will not be sent by post. The candidate must not mutilate the admit card or change any entry made thereon,” the official notice said.
The notice further clarifies that the issuance of the admit card does not automatically confirm eligibility, which will be verified at later stages of the admission process.
