NEW DELHI: The Delhi University (DU) has invited online applications for various non-teaching positions. Candidates will be able to apply for the posts at the official website, du.ac.in.
The online application for DU Recruitment 2024 will commence on December 18, 2024. The last date for applying is December 27, 2024, as per the latest update.
The posts are available for various non-teaching vacancies including assistant registrar at 11 posts, senior assistant at 46 posts, and assistant at 80 posts.
The application fee for the general, unreserved category candidates is Rs 1,000, for OBC (NCL), EWS, and female category candidates is Rs 800, and for PwBD category candidates for Rs 600.
“Online applications are invited in the prescribed Application Form from the eligible candidates for appointment to the various non-teaching posts. The last date for receipt of the application is December 27, 2024, or within two weeks from the date of publication of the advertisement in the employment news, whichever is later,” the official DU note read.
Candidates are advised to check the detailed eligibility criteria brochure made available on the official website. Other important details will be available for candidates through the official website under the "Work with DU" tab under the Head “Advertisement - Departments."

The selection for the assistant registrar posts will be carried out in two stages, stage 1 shortlisting of applicants based on a preliminary test (MCQ based), and stage 2 selection based on the main exam followed by an interview, and personality test. For senior assistant and assistant posts, during stage 1 applicants will shortlisted based on a preliminary test (MCQ-based) followed by a main exam and skill test.
