ICAI CA January 2026 exam dates out for foundation, inter, final; applications start November 3

ICAI CA Exam Date 2026: Candidates will be able to apply for exams on eservices.icai.org by November 16 without late fee.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the exam dates for CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses for the January 2026 session. Along with the exam schedule, ICAI has also notified the exam timings, exam centres, and dates to fill the exam forms. Accordingly, the online exam registration will start from November 3 on the official website, icai.org.

CA Foundation January 2026 exams will be conducted on January 18, 20, 22, and 24. CA Intermediate exams 2026 will be held on January 6, 8, and 10 for group 1 and on 12, 15, and 17 for group 2. CA Final exam date 2026 is January 5, 7, and 9 for group 1 and 11, 13, and 16 for group 2.
The institute said that no exam has been scheduled for January 14 on account of Makar Sankranti, Magha Bihu, and Pongal festivals across India.

ICAI CA January 2026 exam timings
The duration of CA Foundation paper 3 and 4 is two hours while CA Final paper 6 will take place for four hours. All the other exams will last for three hours. The paper-wise exam timings are given below.

In CA Foundation paper 3 and 4, there will not be any advance reading time, whereas in all other papers, an extra reading time of 15 minutes will be given from 1:45 PM to 2 PM.
Besides 301 exam cities in India, the ICAI CA exam 2026 will be held in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Thimphu (Bhutan), Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu (Nepal), Kuwait, Muscat and Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

All candidates will be required to apply online at eservices.icai.org for CA January 2026 exams by paying the requisite examination fee online.
