ICSI CS December 2025 registration reopens today; change exam centre, medium from Oct 26

The ICSI CS Executive and Professional exams for groups 1 and 2 will be held from December 22 to 29, 2025.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will reopen the registration portal for the ICSI Company Secretary -CS December 2025 exam today at 10 am. Eligible candidates will be able to register for exam enrollment with a late fee through the official website at icsi.edu.
The ICSI CS December 2025 registrations with late fees will be active till October 25.
Registered candidates will also be able to change their exam centre, medium, module, and elective subject from October 26 to November 21, 2025 up to 4 pm.
The institute will conduct the ICSI CS Executive and Professional exams for groups 1 and 2 from December 22 to 29, 2025. The competitive examination will be conducted from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
There will be 15 minutes extra-time for reading the question paper from 2 pm to 2:15 pm. "The Institute reserves 30th December, 2025, 31st December, 2025, 01st January, 2026 and 02nd January ,2026 to meet any exigency," according to the official notification.
The ICSI CS December 2026 registrations opened on August 26 and candidates were able to submit applications with a late fee till September 25. Candidates may also complete their pre-examination test till October 24, 2025 by 5:30 pm.
