The Doing Research Assessments (DRA) will begin in October 2024 and is expected to be completed by late 2025.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) in collaboration with the Global Development Network (GDN) is inviting applications from research teams based in India to act as Doing Research (DR) national coordinators interested in leading Doing Research Assessments (DRA) in India starting from October 2024.
The DRA is expected to be finished by late 2025, with the results presented at the annual AASSREC meeting. A grant of up to Rs 45 lakhs will be provided for conducting a DRA in India for 15 months, with technical help and guidance from GDN’s global Doing Research team.
The selected research teams will act as national coordinators under the Doing Research program, tasked with adapting the DRA methodology to suit the local context. Their responsibilities will encompass three main phases over the 15-month period:
