IDBI Recruitment 2023: Registrations begin for 2,100 junior assistant manager, executive posts

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: The selection process includes an online test, followed by document verification, personal interview, and medical test.
NEW DELHI: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) is inviting applications for the posts of junior assistant manager (Grade ‘O’) and executive sales and operations (ESO). According to the IDBI official notification, there are a total of 2,100 vacancies, out of which, 800 vacancies are for the post of junior assistant manager and 1,300 vacancies for the post of executive.
Candidates who wish to apply for the posts can apply till December 6 on the IDBI official website, idbibank.in. The IDBI recruitment exam 2023 is scheduled to be held on December 30 and 31.

Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks for unreserved (UR) category. Schedule caste (SC), schedule tribe (ST), Person with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) category candidates must have passed with at least 55% marks. |
Candidates should have born not earlier than November 2, 1998, and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive). Minimum age: 20 years Maximum age: 25 years |

Executive (Sales and operations) |
A graduate from a recognized university in any discipline. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered. |
The selection process includes an online test, document verification, personal interview, and pre-recruitment medical test.
Candidates selected for the post of junior assistant manager will be paid Rs 6,14,000 to 6,50,000 per annum. Those selected for the post of executive will get a salary of Rs 29,000 per month for the first year, and Rs 31,000 per month from the second year.

The official notification also states: "The appointment is purely contractual in nature. The appointee shall not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, etc. nor be entitled for any superannuation benefits, gratuity and provident fund."
