The short-term management training at IIM Raipur will be conducted by the institute faculty members. The programme designs ensure “practical takeaways that can be implemented immediately in the workplace”, providing future-ready skills to professionals like team leaders, functional heads, and decision-makers.
Ram Kumar Kakani, director, IIM Raipur, shared his views on the programmes: “Leadership today isn’t about knowing all the answers, it’s about asking the questions no algorithm can. At IIM Raipur, our MDPs are designed for professionals who are not just upgrading their skillsets but rewiring how they think. We don’t deliver lectures; we build laboratories of thought, where data, insight, and decision-making collide in real time. Whether it’s decoding AI, or redefining managerial effectiveness, our goal is simple: create leaders who don’t wait for change, but lead it.”
