IIM Raipur launches 1-year blended general management course for working professionals

The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) has launched a 12-month executive development programme in general management in collaboration with TimesPro. The course is designed for working professionals seeking to boost their career growth by building a strong foundation in business strategy, cross-functional leadership and analytical decision-making.
The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects, including managerial, business economics, macroeconomic, environmental frameworks. Notably, candidates with at least 3-years of working experience are eligible for the management programme.
Ram Kumar Kakani, director, IIM Raipur said: “At IIM Raipur, we recognise the urgent need for leaders who are not only technically proficient but also strategically aligned with global business realities. This programme is designed to foster that alignment by offering a rigorous, multidimensional learning experience that enhances leadership capabilities across domains, ranging from digital transformation to AI and Data Analytics, equipping professionals to drive sustained impact.”
There are a total of 10-module in the course curriculum, focusing on key areas of management such as data analytics, financial management, marketing, Human Resource (HR) operations, and artificial intelligence.
“Learners will gain skills like Cross-functional Agility, Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Digital & Analytical Fluency; Access to SLIQ Cloud Campus for in-depth learning & research,” as per the official statement by the institute.

IIM Raipur’s General Management: Course details
The one-year executive development programme in general management include LIVE online sessions, and two campus immersions of three days each.
“Learners will get access to the SLIQ Cloud Campus – an advanced learning platform that supports learners through digital tools, interactive sessions and self-paced resources, providing a flexible and accessible experience for busy professionals,” the institute added.
Candidates with working experience of at least 3 years are eligible to apply for the management programme. The course will open opportunities in various fields such as managers, entrepreneurs, business heads.
The final module of the course will include on-campus anchors with real-world relevance through industry case studies, collaboration projects and a valedictory session.
Upon successful completion of the 12-month course, candidates will be awarded executive alumni status from IIM Raipur.
