IP University to begin registration for UG admissions 2025 through CUET from July 16

The university will close the online registration window on July 30, 2025 for admission to its various UG programmes for the academic year 2025-26.
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will start the online registration for admission to its undergraduate (UG) courses through CUET 2025 on July 16 at 4 pm. Candidates will be able to register for the counselling session through the official websites at ipu.ac.in and ipu.admissions.nic.in.

The university will close the online registration window on July 30, 2025 for admission to its various UG programmes for the academic year 2025-26.
Candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 2,500 as non-refundable to complete the registration process. Notably, only candidates with valid CUET UG score is eligible to apply for the UG admissions at GGSIPU, according to the official notification.
“Any candidate who has secured any seat in any programme/college through nlt/cet of the university and has "admitted" status shall not be granted any seat in any programme through the merit of cuet,” the notification reads.
The university will take admissions through merit of CUET after exhausting the merit of the National Level Test (NLT), Common Entrance Test (CET), conducted by the university.
“Filling-up of vacant seats after exhausting merit list of respective National Level Test (NLT)/Common Entrance Test (CET) in notified specific programmes on the basis of merit of Common University Entrance Test (CUET) (UG) for the Academic Session 2025-26,” it added.

Furthermore, the central university has also launched a three-year Bachelor of Law (LLB) course for the academic year 2025-26 for which the admission will be done on the basis of Common Entrance Test.
