Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) will conduct the English language paper for the Indian School Certificate (ISC) board exam 2025 on day 2. The ISC Class 12 English board exam will be held in the second shift from 2 pm to 5 pm.
As per the ISC time table 2025 , the practical and theory exams for Class 12 students will be held simultaneously from February 13 to April 5. Students are required to carry the CISCE ISC Class 12 admit card to the exam hall to be allowed inside the exam hall.
Students will be given an additional 15 minutes reading time before the start of the exam. For the English paper, students are required to reach the exam hall by 1 pm and be seated on the designated seats by 1.30. The reading time will be allowed between 1.45 pm to 2 pm for the second shift. “You must not start writing during reading time,” the board said.
As per the ISC English specimen question paper, the exam will be held for a maximum of 80 marks. Students will be given three hours duration from 2 pm to 5 pm to attempt the questions.
ISC Class 12 specimen question paper 2025
The ISC Class 12 question paper will have 7 printed pages and a total of four compulsory questions. Students have been instructed to begin each answer on a fresh page. “You are advised to spend not more than 45 minutes on Question 1, 55 minutes on Question 2, 30 minutes on Question 3 and 50 minutes on Question 4,” the board said.
