JAC Class 8, 9 revised time table 2025 out for theory exams; admit card on March 5

Jharkhand Board will conduct the JAC Class 8 and Class 9 board exam from March 10 to 12. The revised schedule for the annual exam and timings have also been announced.

Download NowNEW DELHI: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the revised schedule for the JAC Class 8th and Class 9th annual exam 2025. According to the Jharkhand JAC 8th, 9th board exam time table 2025, the Class 8 exam has been rescheduled to March 10 and the Class 9 exams will be held on March 11 and 12.
The Jharkhand school board announced the JAC Class 8 and Class 9 annual exam date sheet 2025 in January. However, the state board postponed the exams slated to be held from January 28 to 30 due to “unavoidable circumstances”.
All school heads have been directed to ensure all students have been included and informed about the new exam schedule. The board also instructed schools to submit the internal assessment marks of Class 8 through the exam form portal on the JAC official website, jac.jharkhand.gov.in, from March 18 to March 30.
JAC Class 8, 9 admit cards for the exam will be made available on the official website from March 5, the board said. The board allows schools to download the JAC Class 8, 9 hall tickets from jac.jharkhand.gov.in. Students will have to collect the JAC hall ticket from their respective schools.
As per the exam day guidelines, “only the exam materials - roll sheet, OMR sheet, attendance sheet etc. provided earlier for both the exam will be used for conducting the exam. Items like mobile phones, bluetooth devices, smart watches, and textbook materials are prohibited inside the exam hall.

JAC Class 8 revised time table 2025
The Jharkhand board will hold the exam in two shifts - the first sitting will be from 9.45 am to 1 pm and the second sitting will be from 2 pm to 5.15 pm.
