Download EBookNEW DELHI : Students who have passed Class 12 board exams 2023 and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 will now be appearing for JEE Advanced 2023 for seeking admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). While most students go for computer science engineering, electronics and communication, BTech courses like data science and artificial intelligence can also be considered as the market is offering highly-paid jobs in these domains. IITs have launched full-time BTech programmes in these fields while earlier they were just studied as a minor subject.

JEE Advanced 2023 exam will be held on June 4. JEE Advanced admit card 2023 will be issued on the official website – jeeadv.ac.in on May 29. For admission to IITs, students will have to participate in Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling 2023 after the declaration of JEE Advanced result 2023. JoSAA usually conducts six rounds of counselling.

The closing JEE Advanced ranks for engineering courses in data science and artificial intelligence were between 800 and 7,000 last year.
IIT Admissions 2023: Which IITs offer BTech in data science, AI
Currently, IIT Mandi and IIT Palakkad offer data science and engineering programmes whereas IIT Hyderabad offers BTech in artificial intelligence. IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahait, and IIT Bhilai offer BTech in data science and artificial intelligence programme.
