• Aadhaar card details.

The BTech exam through JEE Main 2026 will be held from January 21 to 30, while the BArch and BPlanning tests will be conducted from April 1 to 10.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a public notice to help aspirants fill out the JEE Main 2026 application form with fewer procedural difficulties. The move aims to ensure accuracy and timely submission for lakhs of candidates across the country. As per the advisory, NTA will now obtain candidates’ details such as name, date of birth, gender, photograph, and address directly from the UIDAI database through Aadhaar authentication. • Candidates should have passed Class 12 in 2024 or 2025, or be appearing in 2026.
• Physics and Mathematics are mandatory subjects in Class 12, along with one additional subject from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational subject.
• There is no minimum marks requirement.
• There is no age limit for appearing in the exam.
