JEECUP 2025: Round 7 choice filling begins for engineering, tech, pharma; seat allotment on September 9

Notably, students who will be allotted seats in the JEECUP special counselling round 7, will be required to deposit security and counselling fee between September 10 and 12.
The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has started the choice filling facility for round 7 of online special counselling for admission to polytechnic institutions. Qualified candidates can select their choice of college and courses by September 8 through the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
The seat allotment result for JEECUP round 7 will be declared on September 9, 2025. Notably, students who will be allotted seats in the JEECUP special counselling round 7, will be required to deposit security and counselling fee between September 10 and 12.
All the allotted seats will be auto-freezed, as per the official notice. The document verification process for admission to polytechnic colleges across the state will be held from September 10 to 13 up to 5 pm.
The JEECUP is held by the UP government to assess candidates for admission to polytechnic institutions across the state for engineering, technology, and pharmacy programmes.

JEECUP Admissions 2025: Round 7 counselling guidelines
Candidates who will be allotted seats at various institutions across the state will have to deposit a seat acceptance and counselling fee of Rs 3,000 and Rs 250 respectively through the official online portal.
Post document verification, students will have to report to their respective institutions on September 15 at 5 pm.
“If the candidate is unable to deposit the seat acceptance fee within the prescribed period or is unable to get the document verified by visiting the help center, then his/her allotment of the institution/course will be automatically cancelled and the candidate will be out of the special counseling,” the official notification reads.
Those candidates who have already completed the document verification process from 1st to 6th rounds need not to get verification done again in case of seat allocation in the 7th round.
