Karnataka PG Entrance Test 2025: The last date to fill out the application form is September 14. Apply online at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced to conduct the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PG Entrance Test) 2025 for admission to postgraduate courses for the academic year 2025–26. The entrance test will be conducted only in Bengaluru. KEA will announce the exact date of the examination on its website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea in due course.
As per the official notice, eligible candidates can submit their KEA PG entrance test applications from tomorrow, September 3. The last date to fill out the application form and pay the requisite fees is September 14.
The PG entrance test will be conducted to offer admission in Master of Science (MSc) Nursing, Master of Physiotherapy (MPT), MSc in Allied Health Sciences, Master of Pharmacy (MPharm), and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) Post Baccalaureate courses.
The official notice states that candidates will get admission based on marks obtained in the PG entrance test. KEA will prepare merit lists and allocate seats for eligible candidates accordingly. The decision follows requests from the Department of Medical Education in letters dated August 18, 2025, and August 20, 2025.

Candidates who are residents of Karnataka and possess the required degree qualifications in the respective courses are eligible to apply online. Detailed eligibility criteria, required documents, and other instructions will be published in the information booklet available on the KEA official website.
“PG Entrance Examination will be conducted in Bangalore centres only, and the entrance exam date will be announced in the KEA Website shortly. All the admissions/allotments made to and by the colleges shall be subject to approval by the Government /DME/ concerned University / Departments / Apex Bodies,” the official notice said.
