The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has announced the provisional merit list for admission to Homeopathy, Ayurveda, and Unani courses. A total of 60,541 candidates have been declared eligible for admission through Maharashtra NEET AYUSH 2025 round 3 counselling.

The combined Maharashtra AYUSH merit list for registered candidates for BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS Group B courses has been published on the official website, medicalug2025.mahacet.org.

Along with the merit list, the State CET Cell has also uploaded the virtual vacancies and round 3 seat matrix. The Maharashtra AYUSH round 3 counselling will be conducted for the vacant seats remaining after round 2. The admission process for the previous round concluded on October 10.

Maharashtra AYUSH choice filling

Candidates who are listed in the merit list will be allowed to fill choices for Maharashtra CAP round 3 from today. The facility to submit preferred courses and colleges will be closed on October 23.

Based on the choices submitted by candidates, the Maharashtra NEET AYUSH CAP round 3 allotment list will be published on October 25.

Those selected in this round are required to complete physical joining and submission of status retention forms with all original documents from October 26 to 30. They should also complete the payment by 5.30 pm on October 30.

Maharashtra sets uniform fee for AYUSH colleges

The Maharashtra government recently approved a uniform fee structure for AYUSH colleges .

The decision was taken after candidates flagged six institutes for charging excess fees from female, EWS, and EBC students, despite past warnings and clear regulations.

While open category candidates with an annual family income above Rs 8 lakh will have to pay course fee of Rs 65,400, SC, ST and those under MAHADBT scholarship scheme will have to pay Rs 8,000, with a complete exemption from paying tuition fees.

OBC-NCL and female students have been exempted from paying tuition fees, whereas male students will be charged Rs 36,700 per year.

For BNYS courses, open-category candidates will have to pay Rs 24,500 annually and those eligible for scholarships will have to pay just Rs 8,000.
