NEW DELHI: The Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB), Telangana has announced 2,050 vacancies for nursing officer post across various departments. As per the official notice, the online registration will begin from September 28. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill the Telangana nursing officer recruitment 2024 registration form by visiting the official website, mhsrb.telangana.gov.in.
As per the MHSRB official notice, the Telangana nursing officer recruitment 2024 registration deadline is October 14. Registered candidates will have a chance to edit their application form from October 16, 10 am to October 17, 5 pm.

Candidates applying for the recruitment are required to pay an examination fee of Rs 500, with no exemptions for any category. Additionally, an application fee of Rs. 200 is required, though certain groups such as Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Backward Classes (BC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Physically Handicapped (PH), and ex-servicemen from Telangana, as well as unemployed applicants aged 18-46 years from Telangana, are exempted from paying the application fee. Applicants from other states are required to pay both fees. The payment has to be made online through a gateway, and once paid, fees are non-refundable

Written examination:
Maximum 80 points are allotted for the percentage of marks obtained in the written exam. The test will consist of multiple-choice questions and carry 80 marks.
The exam will be conducted on November 17, 2024.
Service in government hospitals, institutions:
Up to 20 points will be given for service in state government hospitals, institutions, or programs on a contract or outsourced basis.
Points allocation for service:
Tribal areas: 2.5 points for every 6 months of service.
Non-tribal areas: 2 points for every 6 months of service.
Points are only awarded for completed six-month periods.
Experience certification: Points for contract/outsourced service will be awarded based on certificates issued by the competent authority.
Service weightage: Points will only be awarded for service in the same category as the post applied for (Staff nurse experience does not apply to ANM roles).
