NEET UG 2025 counselling registration begins for MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing admissions

Download EBookThe registration for NEET UG 2025 counselling begins for admission to Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses. There are approximately 1 lakh seats available for MBBS and almost 28,000 seats for BDS programme. Registration and choice-filling will remain open till July 28 on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), mcc.nic.in.
A total of 775 institutes all over the country will participate in the MCC counselling process. Three rounds of counselling will be conducted, after which there will be a stray vacancy round. Registration fees for counselling participation is Rs 1,000 for general candidates. The commencement of all UG courses is scheduled for September 1, 2025.
Seat allotment will be done on the basis of National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG 2)025 rank, seat availability, and choice filling done by the candidates. The seat allotment result will be out on July 31. Some of the most sought after institutes admitting students through NEET counselling 2025 are AIIMS Delhi, Maulana Azad Medical College, JIPMER Puducherry, and Vardhman Mahavir Medical College.
