No resignation after round 3 - Upgradation of seats will be allowed up to round 3. Candidates are advised to take a calculated decision of continuing in the third round of AIQ, deemed, central universities, as they will not be permitted to resign after round 3.

NEET AIQ round 3 counselling - Candidates who join in round 3 of the AIQ NEET counselling will not be allowed to participate in any counselling. “There will be Data sharing between Centre and the States and if any candidate has his name in the list of allotted candidates in either of the lists, then such names of such candidates shall be eliminated from the All India Stray Vacancy Round.”

The choice filling process will be carried out through the common software for AIQ, deemed, central universities and others. Candidates can only join the upgraded college after getting the online-generated relieving letter from the earlier allotted institute.

Automatic cancellation of seats - If a candidate is allotted a higher preference in the second or third round, the earlier allotted seats will be automatically cancelled.

Conversion of seats - The MCC will carry out the conversion of seats during the round 3 counselling. Conversion will only be done when the eligible candidates belonging to a category have exhausted.

Jain Minority, Muslim minority, NRI seats remaining vacant after round 3 will also be converted to private deemed university seats after exhaustion of all eligible candidates to prevent wastage of seats.

No offline resignation - All admissions and resignations (if allowed) will be made through online mode only; no offline resignation of seats is permitted, the MCC said.
