NEW DELHI: The NxtWave in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), has launched NxtWave SkillUp India 4.0. As per the official press release, NxtWave SkillUp India 4.0 is a programme designed to equip the nation’s youth with skills in 4.0 technologies like AI, ML, and full-stack development. The initiative seeks to develop the next generation of tech leaders and innovators by connecting industry and academia.
This initiative aims to equip over 30 lakh students across India with skills in 4.0 technologies and connect them with suitable career opportunities. As per the official press release, the event also saw the participation of distinguished dignitaries, educators, industry leaders, and policymakers, all dedicated to building a new India.

Under the SkillUp India 4.0 initiative, NxtWave is conducting generative AI workshops for over 25 lakh students across more than 3,000 colleges nationwide. NxtWave, through its SkillUp India 4.0 initiative, will offer a free software job employability test to over 5 lakh students. This test will evaluate their skills and help connect them with suitable career opportunities. Additionally, to support meritorious students from over 500 NIRF-ranked colleges, NxtWave is offering free access to its 2-year full stack + AI, ML programme, aiming to eliminate barriers to top software jobs.
