PGIMER BSc nursing result 2025 out on pgimer.edu.in; 296 candidates qualify for counselling

The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, has announced the results for the Bachelor of Science (BSc) Nursing entrance exam 2025 today, August 9. Eligible candidates who appeared for the exam can download the PGIMER BSc Nursing 2025 scorecard through the official website at pgimer.edu.in.

A total of 296 candidates have been called for Round 1 counselling. This includes 8 persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD), 2 foreign nationals, 146 candidates from the unreserved (UR) category, 75 from Other Backward Classes (OBC), 43 from Scheduled Castes (SC), and 22 from Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories.

Candidates are required to enter their user ID and password to download the PGIMER BSc Nursing 2025 scorecard through the official website. The institute has also issued the PGIMER BSc Nursing merit list and round 1 counselling schedule along with the result.

PGIMER BSc Nursing Result 2025: Minimum percentile

Candidates who meet the minimum percentile criteria specified for their respective categories qualify for counselling in the BSc Nursing (Post Basic) and BSc Nursing (4 years) programmes at PGIMER. The following table lists the qualifying percentiles for non-PGI candidates, PGI In-Service candidates, and foreign nationals across different categories.

As per the official notice, the institute will conduct the first physical counselling for admission to the BSc Nursing (4 years) and BSc Nursing (Post Basic) programmes for the 2025 session at the NINE Auditorium, PGIMER, Chandigarh. The process will begin with document verification for BSc Nursing (Post Basic) candidates on August 11, followed by their counselling session on August 12.

For candidates seeking admission to the BSc Nursing (4 years) programme, document verification is scheduled for August 13, 2025 with counselling to follow on August 14, 20250.

The PGIMER, Chandigarh, has also declared the results for the Bachelor of Science (BSc) Paramedical and Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) programmes today, August 9. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the PGIMER 2025 scorecard through the official website.
