SP Jain Global MBA Placement 2023: The drive involved participation from over 129 companies.

NEW DELHI: SP Jain School of Global Management (SP Jain Global), which is recently ranked by Bloomberg Businessweek as the sixth top b-school in Asia Pacific, has announced the placements records of its 2023 Global MBA (GMBA) and Master of Global Business (MGB) graduates.
The salaries of GMBA 2023 graduates have seen a fivefold increase after post-graduation, with the top package reaching Rs 72.8 lakhs. The average starting package for the GMBA has increased by 33% year from the last year, hitting Rs 32 lakhs.
Meanwhile, MGB graduates, who are freshers from undergraduate courses, saw a seven-fold increase in pay, with the highest package reaching Rs 48.8 lakhs. The average package for the class increased by 21% from the previous year, reaching Rs 19.83 lakhs.
More than half of these graduates have secured jobs in leading domestic organisations, while many others have made their mark internationally, securing positions in companies in Dubai and Singapore.

For the GMBA programme, Consulting was the leading sector, accounting for more than 39% of placement offers, followed by Technology (14%), Retail (8%), and Financial Services (8%). Meanwhile, IT or ITES was the leading recruiting sector for MGB graduates, accounting for 22% of placements, followed by Logistics and Supply Chain, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and Consulting.
The placement drive witnessed participation from 129 companies starting from Fortune 500 companies to tech start-ups and global giants such as Amazon, Asian Paints, Aster DM, Bosch, Brand Folio, Cedar Consulting, Ceva Logistics, Christian Dior, Dabur, Dell, Deloitte, Dubai Islamic Bank, Emami, Empact Consulting, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, HCL Technologies, Hilti, Himalaya Wellness, Hindustan Coca-Cola, Incisiv, Landmark Group, Louis Vuitton, Phillips, Protiviti, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Target Corporation, Trafigura, Unilever, Unimas Consulting, the list of recruiters for 2023 was diverse.
