SPJIMR: AACSB certification represents the highest standard of accomplishment for business schools worldwide.
NEW DELHI: The SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) has received an extension of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation for its business degree programmes. AACSB accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for B-schools worldwide. After a thorough examination by a peer review team, the decision to renew the accreditation was made by the association.
AACSB accreditation recognises universities that have demonstrated excellence in all areas, including teaching, research, curriculum development, and student learning. Achieving the renewal of this certification demonstrates SPJIMR's dedication to excellence in education, research, and overall performance, the institute said in an official statement.
AACSB accreditation provides a framework of 15 worldwide standards against which business schools around the world can evaluate the quality of their educational services. These criteria increase continual progress and focus for schools to perform on their mission, innovate, and drive impact.
While expressing his gratitude for the recognition, dean of SPJIMR, Varun Nagaraj, said, “We are honoured to receive this extension of accreditation from AACSB International. It reaffirms our dedication to innovation while providing our participants with top-tier business education and underscores the hard work and dedication of the SPJIMR community.”
Anupama Gupta, director of accreditation and ranking, SPJIMR added, “The renewal of SPJIMR’s AACSB accreditation is a tremendous source of satisfaction and motivation to continue promoting a management culture focused on wise innovation and sustainable societal impact.”
