SSC Steno Grade C, D Exam 2025: Candidates can challenge the tentative key on ssc.gov.in by paying Rs 50 before 6 pm on August 25.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the tentative answer key for Stenographer Grade C, D exam 2025 along with candidates’ response sheets. Candidates can download the SSC Steno answer key 2025 from the official website, ssc.gov.in.

SSC Stenographer grade C and D exam was held as a Computer-based Test (CBT) on August 6, 7, 8, and 11.
“The candidates’ Response Sheet(s) along with the tentative answer keys are now available and the same can be accessed through the website of the Commission (i.e. https://ssc.gov.in ). The candidates may login by using their registration number and password during the period specified,” the commission said in the latest notice.
Those who are not satisfied with the SSC Steno provisional answer key 2025 can raise objections against the answers between August 22 and 25. Applicants will be required to pay Rs 50 per question. The commission said that representations submitted after 6 pm on August 25 will not be entertained.

Notably, the answer key objection fee has been slashed to half, from Rs 100 previously to Rs 50 in this session.
SSC further advised aspirants to take a print out of their response sheets as they will not be available after the deadline.

The steps to download SSC answer key and response sheet are given below.
- Visit the SSC official website, ssc.gov.in.
- Click on the SSC Stenographer Grade C and D answer key and response sheet link.
- Now enter your enrollment number and password.
- The individual response sheet and answer key will be displayed.
- Download and take a printout for future reference.
