The computer-based SSC Stenographer Grade C and D exam 2025 will be held from August 6 to 11. The medium of the objective-type multiple choice question paper will be in English and Hindi.
The Staff Selection Commission will close the application link to apply for the SSC Stenographer Grade C and D exam 2025 today, June 26. Candidates can register for the competitive exam through the official website at ssc.gov.in.

The last date to submit the application fee for the SSC Stenographer posts is June 27, 2025. The commission will provide the facility to make changes in the application form from July 1 to 2.
The computer-based SSC Stenographer exam 2025 will be held from August 6 to 11 for a duration of two hours. The commission will fill a total of 261 posts through the competitive exam.
As per the exam pattern, the question paper for the SSC Stenographer exam 2025 will consist of questions on general intelligence, reasoning, general awareness, and English language, and comprehension.
Notably, there is no application fee charged from women candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicement (ESM). General category candidates should have to pay Rs 100 as application fee.

Eligible candidates can follow the steps given below to submit their SSC Stenographer Grade C, and E 2025 application form.
- Go to the official website at ssc.gov.in.
- Move the cursor to the ‘apply section’ and click on the link ‘SSC Stenographer Grade C and D Exam 2025.’
- A new window will open.
- Type login details and press submit.
- Fill required details in the application form such as documents uploading, personal details.
- Pay the requisite exam fee if applicable.
- Submit and download the confirmation page.
- Print out the application form for future reference.
