Study Abroad: British Council announces GREAT Scholarships 2025 worth £10,000 for Indian students

GREAT Scholarships 2025 is jointly funded by the UK government’s GREAT Britain Campaign, the British Council, and participating UK higher education institutions.
NEW DELHI : The British Council has announced GREAT Scholarships 2025 in partnership with the United Kingdom (UK) government’s GREAT Britain campaign. A total of 26 scholarships are being offered to students in India from UK universities worth a minimum of £10,000 towards tuition fees for a one-year postgraduate course.
The GREAT scholarships offer Indian students an opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies in the UK across various fields.
According to the official statement, the scholarships are available for the 2025 admissions cycle across three primary categories. 21 scholarships are offered to students pursuing academic disciplines within core subjects and two scholarships will be given to students studying PG courses in justice and law field with a focus on legal and justice-oriented fields.
The other three scholarships will be available for aspiring students in STEM disciplines including science and technology.
