The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has invited applications for admissions to vacant seats in select postgraduate (PG) programmes through a non-CUET-based entrance examination. Interested candidates can submit their applications online from August 11 through the official website at admissions.tiss.ac.in.

The last date to fill out the application form for the TISS postgraduate admissions through the non-Common University Entrance Test (CUET) route is August 17, 2025. The institute has emphasised that only applications that are complete and meet the eligibility conditions will be considered for the shortlisting process.

As per the institute, candidates will be required to appear for an online proctored entrance exam scheduled to be held on August 23, 2025, to get admission. The examination will assess candidates’ aptitude relevant to their chosen programme. The entrance exam result will be declared on August 26, 2025.

“Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for an online proctored examination conducted by TISS. The selection process will be determined by the candidate’s performance in the online proctored examination,” the notice said.

The seat allocation will be conducted in accordance with all relevant reservation policies and category-wise regulations. Candidates are required to regularly check the official website for updated information, including detailed programme-wise vacancy lists, model question papers, and other relevant announcements related to the entrance exam.
