The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu has declared the round 1 tentative seat allotment results for the TN Engineering Admissions 2025 (TNEA) counselling today. Candidates can check their seat allotment through the official website at tneaonline.org.

Those candidates looking for admission to BTech programmes at various institutes or colleges across Tamil Nadu state need to type their login credentials such as user name and password through the official portal to check and download the seat allotment results.
Notably, candidates who have been allotted seats in the TNEA 2025 round 1 seat allotment list must confirm the allotment before July 18. Selected candidates must report to their respective colleges between July 19 to 23.
As per the official notice, the TNEA 2025 round 1 seat allotment results have been issued for all government school special reservation candidates. The counselling session will include registration, payment, choice filling, allotment and confirmation.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the TNEA 2025 seat allotment results and check the details of their allotted colleges.
- Go to the official website at tneaonline.org.
- On the home page, click on the login button.
- A new page will open, type login details such as user name and password.
- Click the submit button and allotment results will be displayed on the screen.
What after allotment?
Candidates who have been allotted the college under TNEA 2025 counselling can choose six options based on their preferences such as accept and join; accept and upward; decline and upward, decline and move to the next round; decline and quit; upward and move to the next round.
